Our Professional Standards
At BeIndigo, how we work is as important as the work itself. Our professional standards reflect our commitment to integrity, confidentiality, and the trust our clients place in us — from the first conversation to the final deliverable and beyond.
Our Code
Our Code establishes the principles that define who we are and how we build lasting trust — with our clients, our communities, and one another. It guides every decision we make, every engagement we lead, and every relationship we maintain. It is not a compliance exercise. It is the foundation of everything BeIndigo stands for.
We are grounded in purpose and values
Our shared commitment to our clients and to each other drives our firm's culture. Every engagement, every decision, and every interaction is guided by the same standard — intellectual honesty, executional rigor, and partnership over prescription.
We build trust through integrity
Integrity is not a policy at BeIndigo — it is a practice. We make decisions that earn and sustain trust, hold ourselves accountable to the highest ethical standards, and expect every member of our team to do the same, regardless of circumstance.
We have a responsibility to speak up
We cultivate a culture where concerns are raised openly and addressed seriously. Every member of the BeIndigo team is expected to surface potential issues — not simply flag them internally, but ensure they are resolved. Silence is not an option when integrity is at stake.

Conflicts of Interest & Confidentiality
Trust is the currency of consulting. BeIndigo operates under rigorous conflict management and confidentiality protocols designed to protect our clients, our integrity, and the relationships we build.
Managing Conflicts of Interest
Any BeIndigo advisor who has acquired confidential information in the course of a client engagement is prohibited from serving a competitor in a competitively sensitive capacity. This restriction remains in effect for as long as that information retains meaningful competitive value — not merely for the duration of the engagement.
For engagements involving public sector organizations, we apply additional conflict management protocols that meet or exceed applicable government conflict of interest requirements. We review both actual and potential conflicts proactively — before an engagement begins and throughout its duration.
Protecting Client Information
The information our clients share with us is treated with the same care they would apply themselves. All BeIndigo advisors are trained in and required to adhere to strict confidentiality obligations — from the first briefing to long after an engagement concludes. We follow all applicable data protection requirements and apply internal handling protocols that exceed standard industry practice.
Personal Investment Standards
To protect the integrity of our client relationships and prevent any actual or perceived conflict of interest, BeIndigo advisors and members of their immediate households are prohibited from purchasing or selling individual publicly traded securities in companies where a conflict could reasonably arise. Any exceptions require documented review and approval. This policy applies at all levels of the firm.
